As an advanced practice nurse I have the unique knowledge, skill, and opportunity to provide legal case consultation from a registered nursing assessment process but most importantly, I can provide examination of health records and the practice of health professionals with implementation of higher level prescriber authority, assessment knowledge and professional view point while including 17 years of nursing expertise.  I am Connecticut board certified in Adult Mental Health age 13 years old and up and actively utilize my prescriptive authority, diagnosis authority, and implementation of prescribed treatment incorporating coordination of medical care.  The APRN level of expertise offers the client in the legal forum a diverse and highly skilled assessment and recommendation process that cannot be matched by other professions due to the exclusive dual role of advanced nursing experience.  As a certified legal nurse consultant and board certified prescriber I am pleased to offer expertise of legal case reviews using knowledge based on past and current cutting edge health care recommendations.
