Statement:
- Kathleen Sullivan Consulting LLC will provide comprehensive advanced nursing skill assessments of medical and psychiatric cases for the purpose of determination of merit and legal preparation related to medical malpractice, liability, and defense.
- The APRN will implement examination of cases in respect to the moral and legal right that every human being deserves and should receive safe, accurate, proficient and informed health care.
- Case reviews, recommendations, and guidance will be performed by use of the newest cutting-edge, evidence based health care practices, and up to date recommendations from the American Medical Association, Center of Disease Control, FDA, and the American Psychiatric Institute.
- Examination of cases will always take into consideration the health recommendations at the time frame of incident to ensure accuracy in consideration of fault or defense.
- It is the mission of this firm to assist attorneys to determine and rectify adverse health events, or defend appropriate medical and psychiatric practice thereby making a contribution to quality health care and achieving improved life outcomes for the client.
